Volunteer Vacancies
We have over 40 volunteer counsellors, many of whom have been with the service for more than ten years. CCIWBS is an integrative counselling service and we welcome applications from a wide range of backgrounds.
We offer our counsellors CPD, supervision and opportunities for peer support. For counsellors in training, hours worked with CCIWBS may count towards formal training hours.

Become a volunteer counsellor
CCIWBS is an integrative counselling service and we welcome applications from a wide range of backgrounds.
Counsellors must either be qualified or be in a formal training programme and have at least 70 supervised client hours. Relevant experience in another role may be transferable.

If you are a counsellor in training, hours worked with CCIWBS may count towards your formal training hours. We offer our counsellors supervision in line with BACP training requirements.

After a thorough review of our service requirements, we have decided not to proceed with recruitment for placements at this time.
